Booking
When making your booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your appointment cost. This needs to be paid no later than 1 week prior to your appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can transfer your booking fee as long as your appointment is in 4 weeks and you reschedule no later than 48 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule again, you will lose your booking fee.

Late appointments.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We can allow 15 minutes of grace before your appointment, maybe be cancelled, so it does not affect our other appointments. If this happens, you will be charged in full.

Changes to treatments.
If you arrive and need fewer treatments performed than what is booked in, you will still be charged in full for the treatments that were booked.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee, and you may be charged in full.
Please note that we have the right to refuse treatments and clients at our own discretion if our policies are ignored. No refunds are given, and all sales are final.
